What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.  Returned products must be unopened and in resalable condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping expense and there will be a 10 percent restock fee applied to all returns.  All returned parts will be subject to inspection before refund is issued.  No returns on electrical parts, opened kits or special orders.

 

How long do you take to ship my order?

Most orders are shipped out within two business days of order being placed.

 

Do you do international shipping or shipping outside the continental United States?

Shipping to non-continental USA & International Shipping is accepted upon approval of a special request.  Rates and service will depend on order weight and dimensions.

 

How do I get expedited shipping? 

Expedited shipping is only offered as a special request.  Please call or email us for expedited shipping service.  Additional shipping fees will apply.

 

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

The invoice will be included in the box with your order.  We will also send a confirmation email with the invoice attached.

 

Can I pick up my order from your location? 

We don’t offer will call service at this time.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Only in the state of Utah

 

Can I get credit with net 30 terms?

At this time we do not offer credit to our customers.  Payment must be made if full before items are shipped.  Because of this policy we are able to offer more competitive pricing.

 

How do I track my order online?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

What carrier do you use to ship my order?

In order to offer more competitive shipping prices, we use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our parts via their ground services.  The carrier will be included in your shipping confirmation email.  Most packages should be delivered within three to five business days.
